The site, including but not limited to; all content, text, graphics, videos, icons, images, audio, data, software and any other content contained on this Site is the property of James Patrick or our suppliers (unless otherwise stated) and is expressly protected by copyright and trademark laws in Australia and internationally.

James Patrick does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

All prices, product description and other information listed are accurate to the best of our ability and are subject to change. In the rare case an item is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right refuse or cancel a sale.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to receive or process payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Please further note James Patrick shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your payment has been received. If payment has been received and product has not been dispatched for delivery, we will issue a refund immediately.

Order Cancellation

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we may accept an order cancellation. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse a request to cancel an order. In the event that you can not cancel an order, you must request a refund. Please visit Shipping and Returns page for our refund policy.

Delivery and Availability

James Patrick shall deliver products ordered by you to a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us. By accepting these terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the Products on your behalf, and delivery to the courier or postal service shall be deemed to be delivery to you. You also agree that all persons at this address who accept the order act in your behalf and as such take full responsibility for the order should someone at your address accept the order and not give you the order, or damage the order.

All delivery is subject to availability. We will dispatch any deliveries within 48 hrs from time of payment should we have the product in stock. If there is any delay in delivery or non availability, we will notify you of this.

Risk of loss or damage to, and title to, the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery of the products to the courier or postal service nominated by us.

The delivery times provided by James Patrick are estimates only. James Patrick will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

James Patrick is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. James Patrick does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and James Patrick will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and James Patrick will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose.
